Who We’re Looking For

AI Engineer

We are seeking someone with independent thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset.

You will join us to:

• Productize and deploy Stata-MCP
• Continuously optimize the product
• Identify flaws and areas for improvement
• Co-create new research paradigms

Prompt Engineering Expert

We are looking for someone with a deep, unique understanding of prompt engineering. Together, we will explore how to fine-tune Stata-MCP’s performance through expertly crafted prompts.

You will:

• Be proficient in writing high-quality prompts
• Understand how context engineering works
• Enhance AI model performance by constructing effective contexts
• Leverage prompts to guide the AI through each step of the research process

Internships

We are also recruiting interns. In this role, you will:

• Master both basic and advanced functionalities of Stata
• Become familiar with common micro-level databases and learn how to clean them
• Gain hands-on research experience
• Conduct extensive literature reviews
• Receive a letter of recommendation (for qualified candidates)
